How does it work?

What to wear

Choose light, stretchy, and snug-fitting clothing. Keep long hair tied back, and remove any loose accessories or socks for safety.

What to bring

For the classes, you will need a yoga mat, a blanket folded evenly, water to stay hydrated, and a good internet connection.

Note: For restorative yoga classes, you will need additional props..

When to arrive

Please connect 5 minutes early to get ready for the class.

Important to say

Let me know about any past injuries, sensitive areas, or conditions that might require adjustments. Be open! If a movement causes discomfort, it’s perfectly okay to modified version as your body adapts.
