How does it work?
What to wear
Choose light, stretchy, and snug-fitting clothing. Keep long hair tied back, and remove any loose accessories or socks for safety.
What to bring
For the classes, you will need a yoga mat, a blanket folded evenly, water to stay hydrated, and a good internet connection.

When to arrive
Please connect 5 minutes early to get ready for the class.
